My goal is to help individuals and organisations build capacity and systems to help optimize productivity and improve efficiency. I work professionally as a water resources engineer, project consultant and a career coach. I also enjoy teaching and coaching young people.

A Brief Introduction

Ayodele Awi is an innovative personality with years of professional experience in engineering, consultancy and capacity building for young professionals. He is a certified Project Manager, Health Instructor and a trained facilitator, a recipient of much recognition and awards. 

He is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and he is a member of many international and national professional communities including the; International Water Association (IWA), International Association of Hydrologists (IAH), Holland Alumni Network, UNESCO-IHP Youth Groundwater Network (GWYN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists (NAH), among others. 

Presently, Ayodele participates in the activities of; Global Environment Facility (GEF) mission in Nigeria, NBA Niger-HYCOS Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) projects involving nine (9) African Countries, World Bank Assisted TRIMING Project, amongst others.

To help graduates from low-income families achieve career success, he founded Career Drive Academy in 2013, a platform through which many graduates have now become gainfully employed while some secured scholarship opportunities for foreign study.
